Question by vivalacindy: Will a mermaid empire waisted prom dress look good on a petite frame?

Located above is the dress I want for prom.
I’m 5 foot 3 inches and have a small bust. The empire waist would enhance the bust and the mermaid dress would elongate my figure right? I’m also planning on wearing heels that are a good 3 or 4 inches! Also with fair skin and dark hair I’m going for a coral dress!
