Open Question: How should I wear this dress?

Not exactly THAT dress.. but whenever I wear something like that, it’s impossible to wear a bra. And if I don’t, my boobs look.. well.. pointy.. kinda like bananas. Plus, one of my boobs is bigger than the other. Help?

Open Question: What shoes should I wear with this dress? (prom)?
Admittedly I’m think about this in advance, but I’d like to get all of this sorted out early.
Anyway, what kind of shoes should I get to wear with this to prom? I’m not great at walking in heels, so anything over 3 inches won’t work. but what kind of style would be good?
