Open Question: Prom Beautiful blue dresses?

Hello there, im beth, i need advice on a prom dress, i want a blue dress, any shade of blue if fine, or even greeny blue. I want to look beautiful and stand out but i dont want a massive puffy princess thing. a few diamonds hear and there is fine (nt real diamonds, you get me) anyways, i like short ones and the long open back ones too. I dont want casual dresses and price well not over Â£550 please i dont like long sleeve i have blonde hair and fair skin, please give me some links to some shops and dresses thanks alot xxxxxx btw, any nice curly hair does? up or down i dont mind, just give me some ideas XX
