Open Question: Prom Dresses that are big and puffy, Description will explain ,?
im just looking at prom dresses ,
i have a idea of a big puffy dress, pink and sparkly like katie prices dress but not so big , probably just half the size.
if i get a big dress can i put a under skirt underneath,will it look ok ?
im only 13 but want to have some ideas of what im going to have when im am 16,
all ideas will be appreciated
