Open Question: I really don’t know how to do my hair/make-up for prom! (pics!)?

Have you ANY ideas? I want to re-dye my hair either a red(ish), or a soft yet dark brown, and … well, I’m not sure about highlights. Also, my dress is red and has gold sequins, so… make up? I’m not sure what to do…
