Cheap Prom Dresses

Ok im 14 and our schools 8th grade dance is coming up!!!! AHHHH, I want a wow dress that when people see me their gonna be like, WOW. The dress code is basically prom, but for 8th graders. I like strapless, short dresses that a form fitting. haha thanks
