Open Question: Anyone know where I could either find these dresses or have someone make them?

Each were made in less than 8 minutes but the blue dress was of a dress I saw a bit earlier this year while a class I took had an assignment to plan an imaginary wedding. I loved this little dress (It was actually a bridesmaid dress) but sadly I was never able to save it to my computer. As for the black dress, that one was a design I had while thinking of dresses to wear to a prom.dance. Its a strapless, short dress with a very poofy petticoat/underskirt on the bottom. I wouldn’t believe there is a dress out there with the same design, so I ask.
Does anyone know what blue dress I’m taking about and drew (even through the crappy art work on my ms paint drawing lol) and could post the link? I remember a young blonde was sitting and looking to the side in the picture.
And could anyone find a dress similar to my black dress or find someone willing to try and make my dress and post the link?
