Question by guardian angel: Where would I find a dress that fit these rules?
I’m going to a dance, but it’s like a super strict on the rules dance. So we are supposed to wear dresses. Not prom dresses, but like skirts or dresses more casual sort of thing. Is there a good store in Utah that I can get a dress that goes below the knees and isn’t no sleeved? I’m 5’6″ so it will have to be able to go below my knees. Links would be appriciated, and names of certain stores too.

Every single Prom dress I have looked at is way too low cut in the chest or is really immodest. Where are some affordable stores I can look at in Utah (around Provo,Salt Lake,Lehi, Alpine area). Even if they are strapless we can add sleeves, I just need some help getting started!
