My Prom is on 31st November, and i need a tailor who can do a fast job (in 13days) and a good one for my prom dress. My maximum budget for the dress is $ 200-$ 250 (includes material, tailoring cost etc). Any recommendations for tailors who have had experience in making prom dresses in Singapore?
