Cheap Prom Dresses

So im looking for a prom dress for my senior prom and im in need of some help!!!
i need to find a dress in a store in AZ because i need to be able to try it on ( my size i very different for different dresses) and i really do not have much to spend but it want a puffy dress (very princessy), and i dont really want one that everyone else will have from dillards. I fell in love with a dress at Arizona Bridal Company but it was $399 and WAY out of my budget! does anyone know of any good shops closer to the east valley that are not rediculusly expensive???

but the dress has to be backordered. I was hoping someone could find me this dress (or something similar) on a different site. Price can be different, as long as it doesnt go over $200, thanks!!
It also needs to be available in a size 0 or 2 ( i can’t fit a size 4)

the dress has like diamond jewel sparkly stuff on it, so i was going to wear silver shoes and this bracelet that has the same diamond things as the dress. i guess im thinking french manicure or gold?? i think a color (like green or something) would be funky and unique, but would it be alright for prom if im wearing an elegant fancy dress?
